Established in 2001, Concept is structured to provide service coverage nationally and supply bespoke solutions and service by using technically competent staff and providing first-rate service. We place a strong emphasis on using proven state of the art technology from all manufacturers and we apply our skills in defined market sectors. By not aligning ourselves to any manufacturer or market segment means we are able to supply solutions to fit any customer's requirements.
This is emphasised by the depth of our customer base over multiple market segments. Formed by 9 large independently owned Security installers based around the UK and Northern Ireland via 14 branches. This group enables us to provide not just quality installations but more importantly a quality after-sales services. This group provides the client with an alternative to dealing with large faceless national companies.
