Black Box Security Alarm Systems (Scotland) Limited (trading as Black Box Fire & Security) was established in 1984 after identifying a niche market in the fire and security industry for a business dedicated to customer care, quality of service and reliability.
Since its foundation, the family-run Company has become a market leader and has steadily increased its work base and customer base, having built a reputation for quality and dependability. Black Box Fire & Security has achieved NACOSS Gold approval by NSI for intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems and is currently working towards Gold and BAFE accreditation in fire alarms. NSI (the National Security Inspectorate) is an independent; not-for-profit organisation and is the UK's leading inspectorate for the fire and security industry. There are three categories of approval offered by NSI: Gold Silver and Bronze.
